Florida DATA Streaming Course

First-time drivers 18 and older in the state of Florida are required to complete a 4-hour Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education course (also called DATA) before earning full driver's license privileges.

This 100% online course meets FLHSMV licensure requirements. It includes video and audio narration, covering topics such as Florida traffic laws, the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving and safe driving practices.
